The home can accommodate up to ten people in comfort and every room but one has the same magnificent Pacific Ocean views. The roomy living Room has wood beamed cathedral ceilings and large windows to maximize the expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, Dillon Beach and the wild Pacific coastline. The huge U-shaped couch is a great place to relax, enjoy the company of friends and family, read a good book, listen to music or play games while sitting by the fire and looking out at the waves breaking on the sand below. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything guests need to prepare that family holiday dinner or romantic dinner.

As the home is located on a high on a hill, the deck is a perfect place to view birds soaring on the wind currents. Guests can view Ospreys and Red-Tailed Hawks circle and dive over the vast green belt of open fields and hills inhabited by deer and other wildlife. At a closer look, you can also watch the surfers who claim that Dillon Beach has some of the best surfing on the coast!
