The house is a spacious getaway is with an open-plan floor layout.

The two bedroom and one bathroom home are situated on a hill and enjoy wide open ocean views. With lovely large windows in the house guests can easily view the ocean from most of the rooms. The ground level bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The room also has a queen size bed entirely fit for a comfortable slumber and waking to a sunlit room. Another bedroom situated on an incline has its own entry on a lower level and also enjoys an ocean view and gorgeous cypress trees. Linen is supplied to guests.

The intimate home has a large lounge / dining room area welcomes guests with a secluded beach right next door. A TV, CD player, DVD player and internet access is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite and maple furnishings. There is a new washer and dryer easy for low maintenance use. The fitness room has everything you’ll need to benefit from a quality workout. There is plenty of parking.

There is plenty to do in the area. Activities include Sailing, Boating, Shelling, Surfing, Windsurfing, Biking, and Fishing and on this breathtaking coastline there are many places to visit such as a Marine reserve, a haunted Beach Distillery, outstanding golfing at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel overlooking the ocean. There is also hiking, cycling and horseback along the coastal trails. Enjoy the spectacular views from the lighthouse located next to the house at the beach front or go on a whale watching tour or fishing charter at the Fishing Harbor.
