Mountain View
Mountain View is situated in Santa Clara County, California, and is approximately 40 miles south of San Francisco.
The city is named after the magnificent Santa Cruz Mountains that surrounds Mountain View. This friendly community takes pride in developing and maintaining their cities’ history and culture through community projects. Outdoor activities and attractions are plentiful in Mountain View. Shoreline Park is a stunning 750 acre regional recreation and wild life sanctuary area. It is home to many rare migratory birds, and is a haven for water sport enthusiasts. The park also sports a splendid championship golf course, a club house, superb restaurant, and an Amphitheatre that can hold up to 25,000 people. There are a network of trails for hiking, biking, pedestrians, and joggers.
