Napa Valley is the most exquisite region in California. The open southern end of the valley floor is cooler during the growing season due to the proximity of San Pablo Bay while the sheltered, closed northern end is often much warmer. With immense history in the region, the Napa Valley features more than two hundred wineries that grow many grape varieties because of early pioneers, such as George C. This lovely blue Cape Cod Style home was built in 1932. It is called La Maison Bleue and conveniently located close to Napa’s main road close to all amenities. This sophisticated dwelling is a 3 000 square foot home with lots of character. It boasts with historical charm which is evident everywhere you look. There is a fanciful stairway which leads you onto its second level. The home is roomy with four outsized bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as two living room areas. Linen and towels are supplied.
One of the living areas can be used as another bedroom with access to a queen size pull-out couch. Guests have a selection of board games and a video library to pick from. The living room has a VCR, DVD player and CD player. Guests can easily entertain friends on the marvelous balcony large enough for outdoor entertaining. The area also consists of patio furniture and a Weber grill. The dining room is ideal for sit-down dinners or breakfasts. Hardwood floors ads to the elegance of the home and dual zone central heating and air conditioning makes your stay even more comfortable.
Enjoy a tour through the Cameros Region where guests enjoy magnificent wineries and scenic routes. A local playground is only half a mile from the home as well as the Downtown Trolley which will take you to all the main attractions through the town of Napa at no extra charge.
