Monroe House

Monroe house is a luxurious vintage bungalow situated in the heart of Old Town Napa.It is half a mile from Highway 29, the Downtown Trolley stop and Napa Premium outlets. It is 1 mile from Napa Town center and close to Napa's wonderful wineries.

Built in 1900, it has been completely remodeled, features 150 year old hardwood floors imported from a pub in Canada.It has been newly painted in soft yellow and furnished with custom leather couches.The Kitchen has Granite countertops, Maplewood cabinets and new top of the line stainless steel appliances.Sliding doors lead out to a wrap-around deck with furnishings and a gas grille, leading past a relaxing hot tub into a meticulously landscaped backyard completed by a Koi pond and waterfall.

Monroe House has a Beautiful private master bedroom furnished with antique furniture and custom made closets and dressers.It has French doors leading into the landscaped back yard that includes a koi pond and waterfall.There is a luxurious queen size pillow top bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, down pillows and a comforter.The master bedroom has a large private bath stocked with designer towels. It is painted a soothing green, has a stained glass window, dual sinks, marble counter tops and a huge marble shower with four showerheads.Toweling and Aveda bath products are provided.There is also a door leading to a private deck and hot tub.The red room is painted an enchanting and invigorating red, with a queen size pillow top bed, antique dressers, a cedar lined closet and a view of the relaxing backyard.The yellow room is painted a cheery yellow and has a cedar-lined closet, a full size double bed with soft down pillows, luxurious linen and a Ralph Lauren comforter. There is also a computer desk with wi-fi internet access. The guest bathroom servicing the red and yellow room is tiled, has a pedestal sink and a 100 year old claw foot tub. Soft toweling and Aveda bath products are provided.Monroe house has its own high speed, fully equipped computer and we provide free wireless internet access for laptops. There is also a wide screen satellite television, a stereo and more.

From Monroe house you can access many places and things to do. Copia is a cultural center and museum that hosts numerous programs, events and classes.You can tour Napa Valley with Napa Valley Bike Tours. The Wine train offers a scenic dining experience up the valley. There is also shopping to look forward to. There are numerous restaurants to enjoy and we recommend that you visit Anderson's Conn Valley Vineyards, a small family owned winery.
