The lodge features 21 rooms and 2 private cottages within a country estate-like setting and borders the Point Reyes National Seashore Park. All the rooms have private bathrooms, under floor heating, telephones, and luxurious down comforters and pillows. Room types and facilities are varied at the lodge. Creek View Rooms feature queen or twin beds and a shower, whilst the Deluxe rooms have a shower, queen beds, a whirlpool tub, and some have decks. Terrace Rooms feature queen sized bed, double sized whirlpool tub and flagstone patios. The Farm House Loft is located above the Farm House Restaurant, situated next to the lodge, and has a king bed, sofa sleeper, television, DVD and CD player. The Sir Francis Drake Suite is a stunning upstairs wood paneled sleeping loft with a queen size feather poster bed, whirlpool tub, refrigerator, fireplace, sitting area with a two-story atrium window, and breakfast is delivered to the suite. Casa Olema Cottage Retreat, ideal for families and groups, is a historic private cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor spa, television and DVD player, and a loft bedroom. From all the rooms guests have incredible views of the lodge's lush flowering gardens and emerald green lawns, the Inverness Ridge and Mount Wittenberg.

Guests can relax by the fireplace in the lending library that is generously stocked with local reference books, or enjoy leisure activities such as playing pool and chess, board games and puzzle building in the lovely games room. Point Reyes Seashore Lodge's picturesque countryside setting is the ideal site for wedding ceremonies and receptions, conferences, and team building activities.
