This luxurious three bedroom rental home is situated on the popular Potrero Hill in San Francisco. Finely decorated and well situated the home boasts with close proximity to two freeways. The Muni bus services, and Potrero Hill has been a location in many movies in Pacific Heights and Sweet November including in a few chase scenes of Bullitt and The Dead Pool. "Potrero" is Spanish for "pasture": the name derives from an 1835 land grant to Don Francisco de Haro to graze cattle in the "potrero nuevo" ("new pasture"). The area is renowned for its good weather.

The spacious living room is large enough to accommodate a large family and entertaining guests won’t be a problem. The outside deck allows visitors to observe the hustle and bustle of the down town San Francisco area. The home has been completely renovated and offers a unique mix of modern furnishings in a Victorian style home. Coming into the lounge you will experience ample space with 9 foot ceilings and beautiful hard wood floors. Guests have access to a wireless internet connection and a 62 inch television as well as access to DVD Player, DVD library with over 200 movies and an IPOD dock with speakers. A cozy, luxurious gas fireplace is in the lounge area for the chilly time of the year. The kitchen is decked out with all the facilities you will need to prepare a hearty meal. Appliances such a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, stove will make meal preparing easier. Laundry facilities includes a washer, dryer, an iron and iron board.

The Master bedroom features a designer suite imported from Spain with the rooms own outside deck with lovely panoramic views of San Francisco. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with Jacuzzi jets. The rest of the bedrooms are set on the main level of the two storey house and both comprise of queen size beds. There is a shower as well as a lavatory on the main floor.

Two freeways run through Potrero Hill, U.S. Route 101 on the western side, Interstate 280 on the eastern side. Muni provides bus service on the hill and light rail service on 3rd Street. Caltrain commuter rail has an express stop at 22nd street beneath Interstate 280. Downtown Shopping Malls are only 2 minutes away and San Francisco Airport is approximately 12 miles from the doorstep. The home is conveniently situated close to all amenities.
