A personal entrance takes you from street level in a elevator to the water’s edge below where a concierge meets you, who is also a captain to the seventy foot Stevens Yacht available to the property. The location is completely hidden from the general public. Outside dining facilities include a barbeque gas grill perfect for entertaining guests on the two large observation decks. The decks are also ideal to enjoy romantic evenings with a glass of wine, surveying the San Francisco city lights and surrounds. A outsized lounge comprise of cable TV, VCR, DVD player, a stereo system and a telephone. The dwelling has access to a charming library.

The kitchen is fully fitted for home-made meals and food preparation. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, icemaker, cooking utensils, a microwave as well as laundry facilities such as a washer and a dryer. Designer linen is provided for guests.
