The flat can easily sleep up to five guests comfortably and each bedroom is luxuriously furnished and includes central heating, carpeted floors, extra linen, posturepedic mattresses, 2 pillows per person, and an alarm clock. The bathroom just off the hallway has a shower and lavatory including some storage cabinets and a towel warmer. The en-suite bathroom to the master suite has a Jacuzzi tub and hand held shower plus lavatory.

The living room has comfortable seating and hard wood floors including a Satellite TV with over 160 channels and a gas log fireplace for the colder months. An office is located just off the guest bedroom and equipped with basic office supplies and facilities such as paper, a telephone, high speed internet access, copier, printer, scanner and answering machine. Local calls are free. With a large gourmet kitchen fully equipped it is effortless to prepare home cooked meals.
