With the owner living close to the property you won’t have to fuss about much as he can assist you during your stay making sure everything runs smoothly.

The luxurious condo has a large cozy fireplace making the winter stays more comfortable, romantic and cozy. This home-away-from-home offers more than the usual vacation rental. The condo itself offers more than enough space and lavishness such as large rooms able to cater for a total of 8 adults and 2 children. Ample linen and bath towels are available for guests to use. The living room boasts with a satellite TV, a stereo system, CD player and radio. There is comfortable seating for up to 6 people. The living room is adjacent to the dining room which can cater for 6 people as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances in order to create meals. You also have access to a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven, toaster and laundry facilities such as a dryer, washer, and iron and iron board. There is also a small office area with access to internet.

The flat also has its own parking, garage, and a kayak is available to guests. Beach chairs and garden chairs are also on the premises. Long term renters are welcome as well as children. Pets will be considered. Wheelchairs are unfortunately inaccessible.

There is plenty to do in the area and further into the town and coastal areas. Guests can enjoy a lot of local activities such as cycling, sailing, golf, tennis, horseback riding, swimming, roller blading, and surfing. Lovely indigenous forest covers the area and bird watching and hiking trails are very inviting. Guests will find a grocery store close by as well as a hospital and library.
