Serenity at Seadrift has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bathroom has a tile shower and is accessible from inside and outside the house. There is a delightful solarium dining room with a wonderful view of the lagoon, Mexican tile floors and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large working area and the living room has a sunken conversation pit with a cosy fireplace and Queen Futon Sofa to relax or sleep on. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa and Loveseat in the main area of the living room so that everyone can be comfortable and content.
The garage doubles up as a spacious games room with a pool table, foosball table, ping pong, bikes, scooters and basketball. There are also couches, a TV and kids bunk beds, so whoever isn’t participating in a sporting event can relax and put their feet up. The house is also equipped with the internet for your convenience.
The lagoon is yours to enjoy and forms part of your back yard along with a private dock where you can swim, kayak, skull or sail. On the long wooden deck there is also a luxurious Hot Springs spa. Wander the gardens around Serenity at Seadrift or relax in the shade and watch the migrating birds fly overhead.
